Yes — Gummy AI is free to download and use on iOS and Android. You can generate and play games without paying anything. Premium features (more generations, advanced customisation, ad-free) are available via an optional subscription.

The AI interprets your prompt and selects the best mechanics to match your idea.

Be specific and descriptive. Instead of "make a game", try "a fast-paced side-scrolling shooter where I control a spaceship avoiding asteroids and collecting power-ups". Include the genre, the main character, the setting, and the core mechanic for the best results.

Yes! After a game generates, you can tap "Remix" to refine it with a new prompt. The AI uses your original game as a base and adjusts mechanics, visuals, or difficulty based on your new instructions. You can keep remixing as many times as you like.

Absolutely. Every game you create gets a unique shareable link that anyone can open in their browser or in the app. You can also share your game directly to social media from the share sheet inside the app.

Try these steps in order:

• Force-close and reopen the app
• Check your internet connection — Gummy requires an active connection to generate games
• Make sure you're on the latest app version (update via App Store / Google Play)
• Restart your device
• If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — not through Gummy directly.

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Gummy → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gummy → Cancel.

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS purchases, or the Google Play help centre for Android. If you're having trouble, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Games created with Gummy can be played in any browser via their shareable link. A full web creation experience is on the roadmap — join our Discord to be the first to know when it launches.

Game generation requires an internet connection since the AI runs on our servers. However, once a game is loaded you can continue playing it if your connection drops temporarily.

Gumverse is an AI-powered 3D sandbox game. You type what you want — any object, character, or vehicle — and AI generates it as a real 3D model inside your world instantly. You can drive, wear, ride, break, and interact with everything you create, solo or with friends in real-time multiplayer.

Just type a description into the creation prompt (e.g. "a rusty pirate ship" or "a glowing energy sword"). Our AI generates a unique 3D model in seconds and places it directly into your world. Every generated object is interactive — you can pick it up, equip it, drive it, or throw it.

Yes, Gumverse is free to download and play. You get a set number of free AI generations per day. Additional generations and premium features are available through an optional subscription or one-time purchases.

Gumverse supports real-time multiplayer. You can invite friends to your world by sharing a join code, or join public worlds to play with other creators. Everything you or your friends generate appears in the shared world simultaneously.

Generated 3D objects are fully interactive. Depending on the type, you can:

• Drive — cars, bikes, spaceships, and any vehicle you describe
• Wear — armor, hats, costumes, accessories
• Wield — weapons, tools, and gadgets
• Ride — creatures and mounts
• Place — furniture, structures, and decorations
• Break — physics-enabled destructible objects

AI generation can occasionally produce unexpected results. Try:

• Rephrasing your prompt with more detail (e.g. add shape, size, or material)
• Using simpler, more common objects for best results
• Checking your internet connection — generation needs a stable connection
• Restarting the app if it appears stuck

If you consistently get bad results for a specific prompt, send us an example — it helps us improve the AI.

Gumverse is currently in active development and rolling out to players. Check the App Store and Google Play for the latest availability, or join our Discord for early access updates.

Yes. Your worlds are saved to your account and persist between sessions. Everything you build — all the AI-generated objects, their positions, and your world layout — is preserved when you leave and automatically reloaded when you return.

In-app: use the Report button on any object or player profile. For bugs, email us with a description of what happened, your device model, and a screenshot if possible. You can also report issues directly in our Discord #bug-reports channel.
