Gumverse Terms of Use

1. Use of the Service

Gumverse is a game and interactive creation experience that may include AI tools, multiplayer rooms, chat, voice chat, uploads, and account-linked progress. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Accounts and Access

• Some features may work without sign-in, while others may require an account or connected host sign-in.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or session where permitted by law.
• You must provide truthful information where information is requested and keep credentials secure.

3. Multiplayer, Chat, and Voice

• You are responsible for your conduct in multiplayer rooms.
• You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, exploit, or abuse other players.
• You must not use chat, voice, or gameplay systems to distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or harmful content.
• If you enable voice chat, you consent to using live audio communication features as part of the multiplayer experience.

4. AI Features

Gumverse includes AI-assisted tools that can generate or modify world content based on your prompts, attachments, and in-game context.

• AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others.
• You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and the way you use generated outputs.
• You must not use AI features to create or request unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

5. Uploads, Prompts, and User Content

• You may only upload or submit content you have the right to use.
• You retain whatever rights you have in content you submit, but you grant Noon Studio a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and adapt that content as needed to operate, improve, and support Gumverse.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your submissions.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

• Gumverse may use virtual currency such as coins for prompts, generation, rewards, or similar features.
• Coins and similar virtual items are licensed, not sold, except where law requires otherwise.
• Virtual currency has no cash value, is not property, and is not transferable except where we expressly allow it.
• We may adjust, remove, expire, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, or pricing to the extent permitted by law.
• Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases and virtual items are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use Rules

You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Exploit bugs, duplicate rewards or currency, automate abuse, or bypass intended gameplay or account controls.
• Use bots, cheats, scripts, or unauthorized tools to gain advantage or disrupt others.
• Upload malware, spam, phishing content, or malicious code.
• Use the service to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

8. Ownership

Gumverse, including its software, branding, interface, and service design, is owned by Noon Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to Gumverse, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or if we need to protect users, systems, or the business.

10. Availability and Changes

• Gumverse may change over time, including features, pricing, rooms, AI behavior, rewards, or supported devices.
• We do not guarantee that the service or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• We may patch, update, pause, or discontinue parts of the experience at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gumverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noon Studio and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, content, or access arising out of or related to Gumverse.

Where the law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, those exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may post the revised version at this URL and update the date shown at the top of the page. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
